Delivery Detail - Viewable
As a Club Admin, I would like to be able to turn online ordering email notifications on or off.
Use Case: Previously, when Delivery orders were placed, info pertaining to contact info, delivery location, etc, was not easily viewable. Now, quickly view the info contained in Club defined delivery fields in the Admin Dashboard. (Note - this info will be viewable in Office in a future Office release).
Office Integration - Status Updates
notification settings (regarding order status) were not able to be turned on or off. Now, easily enable or disable email notifications from being sent by Location at the Club.
Minimize the number of times a member receives an email about their pick-up order.
Use Case: Previously,
Status in POS when Order is Ready for Pickup.
Simultaneously, order marked Ready in Online Ordering Admin Dashboard.
When ticket closed, in Office POS.
Order simultaneously marked Completed in Online Ordering Admin Dashboard.
notification settings (regarding order status) were providing updates at every stage of the order. Now when enabled, Members will receive emails only when their order is received, and when it is ready for pick-up.
