Mobile Functionality

Use Case: Previously, all CRM menu items were available to view on Mobile when not all options functioned on Mobile. Now, the CRM Mobile view has been made more efficient by only showing options that are able to be used from a Mobile device, enhancing the layout and User experience. See example of new Mobile view below.

Please Note: Campaigns, Create New Query, Create New Report, Edit View Settings, Admin Dashboard, and Impersonate User are all still available on the desktop version of the CRM.

Use Case: Previously, phone numbers and email addresses were simply listed in the CRM Mobile view. Now, phone numbers and email addresses are linked to correspond with the Users default email app, allowing the User to call or email directly from the CRM Mobile view. See example below from an Android device.
